• To give clear idea and familiarize the participants with:
• The concept and contents of compliance, its relevance and requirement in the present business.
• The basic Code of Conduct CoC.
• About compliance issues, area it covers, requirement and benefit in the present business scenario.

Code of Conduct - CoC, comparative picture of different CoC and local law, its relevance in the business practice, steps to achieve and maintain the requirement of CoC
