1. Quality Management in Production and Compliance (QMPC)

Concept to achieving full compliance with the elements of:

• Record structure of Non Productive Time (NPT) on the workfloor, analysing the causes and report with computed statistics of time loss time and opportunity loss in USD per order.
• Compliance issues are put into a correlation (i.e. leave vs. absent and give statistics on migration, excessive OT vs. number of alter) and are part of the computed statistics.
• Strategic Production and Compliance Meeting with both managers to review the interdependency of work pressure and social implications (analytical charts) with regular brainstorm sessions with the presence of Chairman/MD.
